Position: Quality Specialist
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Perform internal quality audits with local Facility Managers
Prepare documentation for external quality audits
Assist with audit findings and make corrections as needed
Apply a continuous improvement methodology
Provide support to the local teams
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Minimum 2-3 years related industry experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
Ability to present and conduct training to large groups
Individuals for this role should have strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well independently as well as manage multiple activities occurring simultaneously
Ability to travel 20%
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with security measures and protocols
Ability to lead a successful team
