Overview

Tecolote Research is seeking a highly motivated individual for an Executive Administrator position supporting the Assured Access to Space (AATS) organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum six (6) years of experience as an Executive Administrator, preferably with at least two (2) years in a DoD/Space environment.

Responsibilities

• The applicant will be responsible for taking on the duties of a C-Suite level office administrator reporting to senior Space Force leadership.
• Specific job duties entail actively managing senior leader Outlook appointment calendars, arranging meetings, answering incoming calls to the Front Office, managing travel reservations and vouchers, and preparing and proofreading briefings, correspondence, and other documents as required.
• The applicant will also be responsible for supporting host requirements for senior government officials, senior defense support contractors, and community leaders.
• Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 DOE.

Skills Required

An ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proficient in the use of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Task Management Tool (TMT), and Defense Travel System (DTS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition policies and processes
• Senior-level government office administration experience is desirable
• Applicant must be able to work in a team environment
• Active Secret security clearance is required
• US Citizenship required

Education

• High school diploma required.
