Job Responsibilities: As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at StretchLab, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include: * Sales Generation: Implementing strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting sales calls and consultations, and providing exceptional customer service to convert leads into clients. * Marketing Campaigns: Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness of StretchLab and attract new customers. This may involve managing social media platforms, creating content, organizing events, and collaborating with local businesses and organizations to form strategic partnerships. * Lead Generation and Follow-up: Proactively generating leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, and online platforms. Following up with potential clients, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information about our services. * Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Providing ongoing support, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly to create a positive customer experience. * Sales Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales activities, analyzing data, and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Utilizing insights to refine sales and marketing approaches.
