Description
The Virtual Skin Expert is the brand ambassador for Murad.com. This role engages with the online consumer via zoom consultations. Additional modes of communication will be added (chat, messenger, other video) as the program expands.
This position provides expert virtual consultations and answers questions related to brand, product, and skincare advice in order to build positive brand awareness, loyalty and drive sales. It reports to the Manager, Virtual Skin Clinic Lead,
The role is required to exhibit exceptional sales, service and communication skills.
Qualifications
3+ years in a skincare setting preferably in a sales or education role
Esthetic license a plus
If licensed, CEU hours must be current
Proven sales and service track record
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively identify priorities
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Teams/Zoom
Consistent and reliable attendance
Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
Flexibility in schedule to support the needs of the business (30 hours per week)
Remote at home position – must have a private and quiet work area
Need to have Internet Service Provider with Cable "broadband" service (No DSL, WAN, or Dial-up connections) with a minimum speed of (25 – 50 Mbps or higher) (Reimbursement provided)
