Job Description:
We are seeking entry level General Labors for a Solar Project. You will be involved in tasks such as grading, site construction, and the careful handling of glass solar panels. Your role will require adherence to safety protocols, routine equipment maintenance, and effective communication with foremen and superintendents.
Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in grading and site construction.
Follow company safety procedures and report any issues to the foreman and superintendent.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
Clean equipment and refer any defects or needed repairs to the supervisor.
Perform a variety of tasks such as building roads, grading, installing silt fences, earth dikes, and substation pads under the direction of the foreman and superintendent.

Work Environment
This is a construction environment (non-residential) and primarily outdoors.
Shift hours are from 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Saturday.
Job Type & Location
This is a long term contract position based out of Eldorado, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
