As a result of continued growth within our Accounting Advisory (https://www.cbh.com/services/advisory/risk-accounting-advisory/accounting-advisory-services/) practice, we are currently seeking a Manager – Technical Project Delivery for our national team that will have the flexibility to work from (or remotely within proximity to) multiple office locations with travel for specific projects as needed. Our practice's industry-focused teams (Financial Services; Industrial & Consumer Goods; Private Equity; Professional Services; Real Estate, Construction & Hospitality Technology & Life Sciences) provide turn-key solutions from experience to create long-term solutions for their current needs with a forward-looking lens of the future. As a Manager, you will:
Partner with technical resources on multiple clients and contribute organizational change and delivery leadership to deliver services, navigate improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to create value within their organization. This opportunity requires a professional to branch out and roll up your sleeves directly on process optimization and strategic projects when change management skills are not front and center on current projects (approximately 25% of the time).
Your passion for excellent client service will be demonstrated through the diligent cultural assessment of the "current state" of our client's Corporate Accounting and Finance departments to help transition to their desired "future state,". Your unique value-add will be focused on the following:
Creating a sense of urgency and ‘what’s in it for me’ / benefits for key stakeholders
Defining and communicating a strategic vision and change journey
Gather information and opinions from key stakeholders and users
Generate short-term wins
Ground changes in corporate culture
Identify human-centric approaches to client experience and change management
Related to training, facilitate content development, and deliver training to users undergoing change
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Recognized change management certification such as CCMP or Prosci
6-8 years with a combination of public accounting or consulting firm experience and industry experience in a middle-market accounting or finance organization
Strong communication skills are necessary with messaging that resonates with internal and external accountants
CPA certification is a plus
Project management skills to track activities and execution
Travel as needed for firm meetings and client site visits up to 40%

The salary range for this position is $92,625 to $170,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
