Insight Global Accounts Receivable Analyst in Elkton, Florida
Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. You will have a portfolio of accounts assigned to you and you are responsible for every aspect of an open AR balance (customer hasn't paid you for an invoice, collecting on that). This is not traditional collecting, if you have an invoice that isn't paid you need to go to the customer portal and file a claim, there will be no phone support. You will be looking into payments, figuring out what has been paid in full, and if not paid in full doing the research to figure out why. It's a lot of putting puzzle pieces together and backtracking to figure out what happened. You will be doing some billing work but mostly living in excel combing through rows of anywhere from 5,000-60,000. Must be expert level in excel and doing v lookups.

Skills and Requirements
* Expert in Excel -- they will be in excel all day everyday (V lookup, filter & sort, formulas)
* 3+ years of business-to-business AR experience
* Basic understanding of 3rd party invoice portal systems * Pivot tables in Excel
* Experience working at Acosta, Southeastern Grocers, McKesson, or a transportation company null
