Assisting customers with telephone orders for deliveries, pickups, and service. Arranging emergency field repairs as needed. Managing customer inquiries and coordinating with drivers to fulfill requests. Supporting the Inside Sales team as required. Fulfilling other assigned duties as necessary. Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Familiarity with DOT/Federal Motor Carrier regulations. Commitment to safety protocols. Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication abilities.
