Supervise general maintenance and specialist trade personnel, and contracted service vendors with regard to day to day housekeeping and maintenance services to ensure that site facility/infrastructure is clean, safe and well maintained in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with code standards, company directives and regulatory requirements are met.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide leadership for assigned in-house direct reports skilled in a variety of trade disciplines needed to operate, repair, and maintain buildings. Execute required HR activities for assigned direct reports while adhering to company policy, procedures, and guidance.
Coordinates with in-house resources, building contractors, and service vendors to operate, maintain, service, and repair building infrastructure.
Selects, supervises, counsels, trains, and evaluates non-exempt personnel in accordance with company policies.
Analyze and determine preventative maintenance schedules for all general maintenance tools and equipment, support equipment, and department vehicles.
Coordinate in-house resources using computerized maintenance management system.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor s Degree and 4 years of experience (or Associate s Degree and 6 years of experience, or Master s Degree and 2 years of experience)or8 years of experience in lieu of degree
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating, and negotiating with company personnel, customers, and suppliers.
Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents.
Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Analyze, evaluate, develop, and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule.
Design and develop products and services using state-of-the-art technology, principles, theories, and concepts.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $83900 - $142600
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
