In light of our ambitious expansion strategies,, we are rapidly expanding our Inside Sales teams throughout Europe and are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join our UK team. We are in search of individuals with exceptional talent, driven by ambition, and eager to seize the outstanding international career development opportunities that Iron Mountain has to offer.

What you will do

  • Execute outbound phone calls and LinkedIn introductions to drive demand generation, lead generation, and sales conversion.

  • Take the initiative in seeking new opportunities to drive sales and lead generation.

  • Understand and effectively communicate Iron Mountain's key messages and value proposition to our customers and prospects.

  • Manage and close new business-to-business (B2B) opportunities.

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue targets.

  • Achieve weekly activity targets, including calls, emails, and quotations.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

What you will bring

  • Prior telephone-based sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, particularly in the financial services, insurance, or technology sectors.

  • A track record of success as a confident and ambitious self-starter.

  • Enthusiasm for engaging in conversations, building relationships, and overcoming objections.

  • Demonstrated business acumen.

  • Ability to research the market and discover new business opportunities.

  • A proactive mindset and a quick learner with a knack for asking the right questions.
