Englewood Schools Executive Administrative Assistant Of Learning Services in Englewood, Colorado
EFFECTIVE: ASAP 8 hrs/day 229 days/year Hourly, Non-exempt Benefits Eligible: Yes
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting the Learning Services department by performing administrative and secretarial functions for the Deputy Superintendent, Director of Secondary Success, Director of Learning Services, and the Learning and Assessment Coordinator. These duties include, but are not limited to, data entry, recordkeeping, database management, reporting, budgeting, inventory, purchasing, billing, preparing financials, renewing subscriptions, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, answering phones, routing calls, typing correspondence, analyzing reports, organizing and maintaining files, training, processing and distributing mail. May assist with translation and/or communication using second language skills if applicable. Develop and promote good community relations among stakeholders.
REPORTS TO: Deputy Superintendent
LOCATION: Roscoe Davidson Administration Building.
COMPENSATION: Hour rate $26.20 - $29.65 per hour, depending on education and prior related experience.
