Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Fleet Management Programs: Manage all programs related to vehicles, fueling, transportation, and repairs, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring
Process Improvements: Lead process changes in fleet management to optimize efficiency
Content Management: Oversee Compass content to ensure accuracy and relevance
Escalation Support: Act as a first-level escalation path for field leadership
Third-Party Support: Provide inventory management support for third-party providers
Communication Management: Own all field communications, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity and consistency
Inventory Committee Management: Organize and manage inventory committee calls, including content and attendee coordination
Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison with Inventory Accounting for alignment on financial processes
Documentation Alignment: Ensure that process documentation aligns with established expectations
Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively across projects to maximize efficiency
Automation Initiatives: Drive the successful automation of applications and systems
Cross-Organizational Relations: Manage relations with various business partners, including external providers

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $75,000.00/Year - $85,000.00/Year
