Job Duties Research, design, and develop computer software programs. Analyze user needs and develop solutions. Work on cross-functional Agile team to develop new software components. Collaborate with product owners and QA. Develop critical components to compose core product. Provide Level 2 Support to customers to resolve technical issues and/or error messages encountered in live production environment. Handle all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback. Resolve complex technical issues. Ensure SLA compliance with projects.
Position allows for 100% telecommuting. Position reports to company HQ in Englewood, CO.
The base pay range for this position in Englewood, CO is $117,021.00 - $127,021.00 per year plus standard company benefits.
Job Requirements Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and 3 years of experience in a related occupation.
