I at Spectrum as a Corporate Facilities Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day facility operations of one or more locations. Your responsibilities will include performing various support assignments to ensure the smooth functioning of the building. You will be responsible for managing the Workplace Experience of the facility and should possess a general understanding of the tasks associated with a corporate facility. In this fast-paced, high-demand environment, it is crucial that you respond promptly and efficiently to requests while upholding the highest level of customer service and professionalism.

WHAT OUR CORPORATE FACILITIES SUPERVISORS ENJOY MOST Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Managing and maintaining a team to complete facility-related tasks and supervising key building support functions. Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching, including providing employee performance feedback during performance appraisals. Assisting in the hiring and training of new employees. Reviewing and approving invoices, ensuring correct coding and work completion, as well as following up on payment and spending queries for both capital and expense. Supervising vendor setup, PO creation, and other financial and procurement-related vendor engagement activities. Ensuring proper staffing and supervision for key building support functions on a daily basis, giving direction of work to the Facilities Assistants, maintaining schedules, providing backup office solutions, covering when someone is out, and maintaining staff schedule. Reviewing and approving invoicing, ensuring correct coding and work completion, and working with co-workers and management to follow up on invoice payment queries. Ensuring the completion of daily and weekly facility-related tasks, including switchboard/receptionist function, staffing/training, timely receipt and delivery of mail and packages, and effective/consistent delivery of service levels to building occupants. Supervising work order requests related to office equipment (copiers, etc.) and service issues (janitorial, landscapers, etc.), as well as other general facility-related issues. Assigning tasks to staff as appropria Coordinating and assisting with the setup of company events and functions, as necessary. Overseeing various workplace experience services, including meeting/conference and event management services and areas, ensuring that the conference/meeting and event centers are properly maintained and functioning well, and ensuring that other workplac experience service offerings and amenities (such as food/beverage services, fitness centers, and similar) are operating as intended and aligned with employee experience objectives. Performing other assigned duties. By actively participating in these responsibilities, you will contribute to simplifying processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining a well-organized environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

The Facilities Department ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the location(s), performing various support tasks to maintain a well-functioning building. They handle general maintenance and possess knowledge of corporate facility tasks. Operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, they prioritize prompt and efficient responses to requests, delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism.
