YES, IT CAN! The McDonald’s Team Member/Crew Member position is a plethora of food service & customer service responsibilities rolled into one. You’ll work Front Counter cashier, Drive-Thru, and various positions in the kitchen. McDonald’s is the Gold Standard for food service, and our Team Members are at the center.
McDonald's is now hiring team members to join their growing restaurant team! Between 10-40+ hours a week are available!
As a Team Member at McDonald's, you will be expected to provide guests with a quick and accurate customer service, and show sensitivity to their individual needs, both from behind the cashier as well as in the dining areas. When you are preparing and cooking the wide variety of food we offer, you will be expected to use a broad range of equipment and tools. Team Members need to produce orders to a consistently high standard and understand that quality control is vital. Cleanliness and hygiene require thorough training in order to maintain our high standards. Before each Team Member starts, they learn to use a variety of cleaning utensils and chemical cleaning products along with the correct protective equipment.
