Confidential Employer Farmworker/Laborer in ERIE, Pennsylvania
*Temporary Position that will run from 03/01/2024 through 12/30/2024 *
Laborer of Evergreen Nursery and Garden Center.
Laborer will trim trees, mow fields, helpduring the harvest, load semis and customer vehicles, manage inventory, get plants ready forresale, plant trees in fields, spray fields, use 55 HP tractor, assist with greenhouse construction, assist with building maintenance and repairs, equipment maintenance and repairs, irrigation maintenance and repairs, mow fields and grounds maintenance.
Must have 3 months of verifiable experience.
Lifting requirement: 75 pounds
Exposure to exstremes in temperature
Extensive lifting and pulling
Extensive sitting or walking
Extensive stooping or bending
Repetitive movements.
Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses ($15.46 per day for a maximum of $59.00 as specified by regulations) to each worker and any person, government agency, or private organization which on behalf of the worker has paid or advanced such transportation and subsistence expenses from the residence, place of last employment, or place of recruitment to the job site.
