JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Behrend in partnership with Susan Hirt Hagen CORE is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and technology skills.

This position supports the general administrative functions of Susan Hirt Hagen CORE; including greeting/referring/assisting visitors, preparing documents and reports, compiling records, scheduling meetings, organizing and maintaining information, coordinating calendars, reconciling budgetary expenditures, and providing general office support.

Position Responsibilities: Plan, organize, support and coordinate the daily office activities and administrative processes for Susan Hirt Hagen CORE Assist with meeting preparation and agenda creation, taking minutes during meetings, assigning action steps for team members Assist with scheduling meetings and using shared calendars Submit catering requests for Susan Hirt Hagen CORE related events/meetings Reconcile expenses using SAP Concurand securing office purchases through PSUbuy Manage Federal House facility requests through 25Live Organize shared reports, documents, and records in Microsoft OneDrive Manage student volunteer database, including overseeing the clearance process Maintain Federal House building standards, including kitchen upkeep, maintenance requests, and overall building appearance When required, arrange travel plans for faculty and staff work trips
