Join us at Grundfos as a Senior Regional Aftermarket Sales Manager (m/w/d) for the region Central & Eastern Europe and be part of an organization that values innovation, collaboration, and professional development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Support, motivate, energize, challenge, and develop the organization to maximize sales effort and effectiveness. This includes personal development plans (PDDs), people management, development, and coaching (Grow & Win meetings) within the department.

  • Strategic Planning: Prepare annual budget and sales growth plan for the regional area and contribute to the overall budget process.

  • Pricing Strategy: Define pricing policy and implement price increases as agreed with global management.

  • Performance Monitoring: Drive correct utilization of and monitor pipeline, order intake, sales, profitability, cost, and collections, managing to the agreed budget (PMA).

  • Contract Negotiation: Review and negotiate substantial orders, framework agreements, and rebates according to the Delegation of Authority (DOA).

  • Marketing Collaboration: Support the definition of tactical marketing plans in close collaboration with the marketing team. Other Tasks:

  • Ensure the team works according to Grundfos best practices and utilizes processes and tools effectively.

  • Collaborate with business development to bring new offerings to the market.

  • Foster employee motivation and a sense of belonging to Grundfos and the local site.

  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business and/or engineering.

  • Extensive experience in distribution/wholesalers business & network (3-stage-sales)

  • Several years of relevant experience in sales or business development Skills:

  • Positive and resilient personality.

  • Great people skills and highly empathetic.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Great stakeholder management skills across borders and all levels.

  • Ability to work strategically and hands-on.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Experience working with CRM systems.

  • English proficiency.
