What part will you play?
Develop and implement the software product lifecycle strategy, including conceptualization, product development, launch, and post-launch optimization, including:
Software solutions for installing and maintaining charging stations.
Charging and Vehicle Fleet Management Software, including home, workplace, depot and public, including billing
Lead and mentor a team of software product managers, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.
Define and prioritize software product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.
Collaborate with R&D, UX and engineering teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product development, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Drive software product launches, marketing strategies, and sales enablement initiatives to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Supervise and analyze software product performance metrics, conducting regular reviews to find areas for improvement and optimization in customer experience.
Ensure software products adhere to industry standards and regulatory compliance, working closely with regulatory bodies and certification agencies to meet safety, quality, and interoperability requirements.
Continuously evaluate and perfect the software product portfolio, considering factors such as product differentiation, competitive landscape, and customer needs, to improve market penetration and profitability.
Stay up to date on technological advancements and industry innovations, translating insights into actionable strategies to keep product relevance and competitiveness.
Collaborate with DevOps and procurement teams to ensure the sourcing strategies enable software business goals.
What you need to make real what matters.
The basis of your success is a completed master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or equivalent as well as long-term experience in B2B, B2B2C and B2C SaaS.
Long-term experience in software product lifecycle management methodologies and standard processes as well as demonstrated success in leading and running cross-functional teams in a multifaceted and fast paced environment.
Product Management experience in eMobility, electric vehicle charging solutions, IoT products, or related industries in a technical and commercial manner is required.
Strong critical thinking, structured mode of working and analytical skills with a history of driving product innovation and market growth.
Passion for sustainable technologies and a strong dedication to driving the adoption of electric vehicles and renewable energy solutions.
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal abilities to collaborate efficiently with internal and external collaborators; fluency in German is a plus
