What part will you play?

Welcome to the world of digital transformation. Join us and be part of a motivated and dedicated team within the sales function of the Electrification & Automation Business Unit (BU):

  • Handle the CPQ platform for Medium Voltage Switchgear (NXTools+/OGT) within the SI EA business unit.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, PLM, Global Product Care, and Operations) to capture requirements.

  • Build and maintain the product roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with partners and clear value propositions (content, schedule, budget).

  • Identify customer business needs and translate them into feature requirements, including EPICS, Features, and User Stories.

  • Engage with DevOps teams to ensure clarity on requirements, delivery plans, and progress toward deliverables.

  • Align strategy for incorporating product portfolio elements into the CPQ tool with PLM.

  • Ensure continuous product improvement and enhancement within a scaled agile framework, managing epics, features, and program increments.

  • Coordinate proof of concept, field test, go-live activities, and provide feedback during demos.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • The basis of your success is a bachelor's degree in information technologies, electrical engineering or equivalent.

  • You have several years of professional experience in sales, with exposure to intercultural environments and regional work. International experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with protection and automation products, systems, or medium voltage switchgears is required.

  • Experience with software projects or CPQ platforms, especially NXtools+, is beneficial.

  • You have worked in agile environments and can translate ideas into high-level documented requirements for development teams.

  • Proficiency in MS Office products is expected.

  • Willingness to travel internationally and fluent English skills are essential; German language skills are a plus.

  • You are recognized for your communication skills, analytical ability, team orientation, resilience, social competence, and commitment to independent, results-oriented work.
