Insight Global Process Analyst in Erlanger, Kentucky
Job Description
A fortune 100 organization is seeking a Process Analyst that will sit onsite 4 days a week in Erlanger Kentucky. This person will work with several teams who are building new applications from scratch as well as integrating in commercial off the shelf apps. The Process Analyst will be expected to discuss and document requirements with internal stakeholders, document them in sharepoint or Azure DevOps, help flesh out product solutions, and understand interdependencies of the projects to ensure the development/deployment can be done smoothly. Besides documenting the requirements, a large portion of the work will focus on creating process flow mapping, workflow mapping, and create/update process maps in Visio. As youll be working with several teams of IT and business stakeholders it is crucial to have exceptional communication skills and attention to detail when documenting the requirements for these applications.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements for Software products
2+ years of experience with Visio for process/workflow mapping
Experience with Sharepoint or Azure Devops for storing requirements
Excellent communication SAP
Product Lifecycle Management null
