Nestle ISIT Senior Project Manager in Esplugues de Llobregat, Spain

We are looking for an IS/IT Senior Project Manager to be part of our Office of the CIO team.

The role

The IT Senior Project Manager manages a major development or deployment IT project or a portfolio of projects and ensures they deliver expected value to the Business partner(s), on time, on budget, on scope, on quality that may be clearly defined upfront or may require dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery and change management (agile project management).

What you’ll do

• Creates a structured project or set of projects, implementing IT agile project methodologies ensuring appropriate governance functions in accordance with enterprise policies, practices and on behalf of the executive sponsor

• Develops and controls the Project portfolio budgets, and manages expenditure within agreed value delivery and spending plans

• Ensures all projects are consistent with overall IT customer objectives and strategic plans

• Agile-led, deliverable-based Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project plans established leading to development of resource loaded integrated project plans, with resources identified and secured

• Project sponsors committed: manages the stakeholder engagement of his major project or portfolio of projects

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience

• 7+ years of experience in IT and business/industry

• 5+ years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities

• Agile project management experience

• Experience in effective communication at different level in the organization and in English

Bonus Points If You:

• Proven experience as a (Senior) Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects, or a portfolio of projects in parallel

• Experience in managing change/transitions and change impacts. Operating in a matrix organization and development of influencing skills

• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
