What you'll do

She/He will be responsible for overseeing and managing our eMarketplace platforms with a specific focus on Retail, Digital Shelf, and Operations Functions. This role requires a deep understanding of eMarketplace platforms, particularly Amazon, and the ability to drive innovation and growth in these areas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, software engineers, and data analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects that drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our eMarketplace platform, focusing on Retail, Digital Shelf, and Operations Functions.

  • Identify and prioritize key initiatives to enhance the platform's performance, user experience, and profitability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT, to align strategies and goals.

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for new features and enhancements on the eMarketplace platform.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the market.Define product requirements, create user stories, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the eMarketplace platform, such as sales, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue on the platform.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards, such as data privacy and security requirements.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with the eMarketplace platform.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to proactively address emerging challenges.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Functional IT Product Manager in the retail or e-commerce industry building AI/Data capabilities for Amazon marketplace

  • Strong understanding of retail and operations functions, including inventory management, supply chain, logistics, and customer service.

  • Solid experience in delivering Data, Analytics and AI Enabled Capabilities.

  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
