Robert Half Contracts Administrator in Estero, Florida

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Administrator role, based in Estero, Florida, United States. This role will primarily be focused on reviewing agreements within the Corporate Services, Technology, and Product Development sector to determine whether they need to be terminated or renewed. The role can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate contracts and agreements to determine their status

• Make informed decisions about the termination or renewal of contracts

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws in contract administration

• Handle commercial contracts with precision and care

• Maintain a comprehensive and organized system for contract administration

• Utilize skills in Compliance, Commercial Contracts, Contracts, and Contract Administration

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with contract terms

• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure contracts align with company goals and objectives

• Resolve any issues or concerns related to contracts in a timely and efficient manner

• Stay updated with industry trends, changes in laws, and best practices in contract administration. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in contract administration and management is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial contracts is essential.

• Must possess strong skills in compliance and regulatory matters related to contracts.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills are necessary.

• Ability to interpret and analyze contract terms and conditions.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.

• Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field is preferred.

• Professional certification in contract management is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.

• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Availability to work overtime if necessary.
