Title: eVinci Facilities Licensing Manager

The eVinci Facilities Licensing Manager is responsible for developing and leading the licensing activities associated with the eVinci Manufacturing Campus as well as the eVinci Transportation Cask and Spent Fuel Licensing and associated approvals.

Job responsibilities In this position the manager can expect to be responsible for the following: Leading a team of licensing engineers and technical engineers to develop the necessary licensing basis documents for submittal to the US NRC for the eVinci manufacturing Campus including the Fuel Loading Building. It is envisioned that this will require a 10 CFR Part 70 Special Nuclear Material license as well as a 10 CFR Part 52 Manufacturing License. Leading a team of licensing and technical engineers to develop the necessary licensing basis documents for submittal to the US NRC for the eVinci Transport Cask including obtaining a Certificate of Compliance to 10 CFR Part 71. Leading a team of licensing and technical engineers to develop the necessary licensing basis for an Interim Spent Fuel Storage Facility in the US under 10 CFR Part 72, Developing the resource and technical strategy to successfully deliver the on the associated licensing requirements. Lead meetings and interfaces with US NRC management and personnel. Brief internal and external stakeholders of progress. Resource management responsibilities including hiring, training and conduct of performance reviews. Budget responsibilities associated with functional area scope. Identify and define technical issues and challenges, direct efforts to successful resolution. Provide guidance and direction to and collaborate with other personnel including partners including laboratories or subcontractors.

Minimum Requirements The successful candidate for this position will possess the following: A bachelor's degree in an Engineering field. Minimum 10 years of applicable engineering or licensing experience Familiar with NRC regulations and nuclear industry guidance; Familiarization with Parts 70, 71 and 72 and the Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards Office of the US NRC is highly desirable. Ability to navigate International Regulatory requirements associated with areas of responsibilities. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong teamwork and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in engineering Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and perform tasks under pressure
