Job Title: Electronics Assembler
Job Description
The Assemblers will perform a variety of duties in the Electronics and Wire/Cable Assembly Process. Responsibilities include assembly of wire and cable harnesses, as well as other small components. You will load/unload machines and place parts in proper packaging, perform measurement checks on contacts or products, follow work instructions, processes, and procedures. Some soldering is preferred. The position is available for 1st shift (6:45am – 3:15pm).

This is a fully on-site position in Etters, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
You will work in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Many tasks will be performed in a clean room setting. The dress code requires clean jeans or work pants, a clean shirt, and no piercings. A static-resistant smock and tape on shoes are mandatory to remove static. PPE including smocks, safety glasses, and ear protection will be provided. Additional PPE such as face masks and gloves will also be provided. Shifts include: 1st Shift (6:45am – 3:15pm), 2nd Shift (2:45pm – 11:15pm) with a 7% shift differential, 3rd Shift (11:15pm – 6:45am) with a 15% shift differential, and Weekend shifts (7:00am – 7:30pm) with a 10% shift differential. The role involves physical demands such as lifting up to 35 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, stretching, standing, and walking for prolonged periods, and frequent use of hands for handling objects, tools, or controls.
