Department Summary

The University of Oregon Intercollegiate Athletic Department's primary purpose is to provide a unique opportunity for student-athletes to be developed, tested, and encouraged to reach their maximum potential in every aspect of their lives. Position Summary

The Custodial Services Coordinator coordinates the custodial functions at the Casanova Center, Pape Field, PK Park, and Autzen Stadium Complex. Responsibilities include directing staff positions to ensure the spaces are hygienically clean and safe. These buildings are generally occupied seven days a week, sixteen hours per day by athletes, coaches, staff, and/or athletic event spectators.

Minimum Requirements

• Two years of experience in custodial services work

• Basic knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic foundation of knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals that would normally be obtained through a combination of training and/or directly related industrial custodial experience

• Prior experience in an athletic facility setting

• One year of supervisory experience in the work setting
