Description of the brand and the team: The EMEA Commercial & Business Development team is looking for one Interns to collaborate on projects focused on ELC development of Wholesale channel (Online and Brick & Mortar). The selected candidate can expect continuous leadership development, hands-on practical experience and a strong exposure with the Affiliates and Regional Brand Teams.”
Key responsibilities & Key tasks:
ad-hoc projects will complete the intern's missions based on business needs of our priority partners :
Support preparation and facilitation of business reviews and leadership meeting (top to top meetings, monthly commercial leadership meetings, monthly regional brand meetings)
Treat and cascade weekly and monthly retail sales reports from top regional retailers to affiliate and brand teams
Prepare quarterly Sephora report for Global top management
Collaborate with sustainability team to include relevant SKUs to retailer sustainability programmes
Coordinate annual marketing presentations (in May and June) between regional brand and top retailers
Support with preparation of analysis of contractual investments
Convention de stage or internship agreement mandatory.
Qualifications
Minimum Education Level: Completing Post-Graduate Degree Business or Engineering (equivalent BAC 5)
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: previous internship experiences mandatory, end-of-studies internship preferred
Required Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, French is not mandatory but recommended
Licenses or Certifications: Completing Post-Graduate Degree Business or Engineering (equivalent BAC 5)

Ability to work in fast paced environment, with exposure to several markets and product categories
Strong analytical skills and proven rigor: advanced Excel skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare impactful presentations
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and properly manage exposure with senior management
Business-sense and curiosity mindset with the will to drive for impact in all projects
Ability to step back, to be solution-oriented and make proposals
Knowledge of/interest in beauty or luxury goods industries recommended
