Key responsibilities
Efficiently execute the production schedule during the 2nd shift.
Develop and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with site engineers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Manage the production department budget.
Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe workplace.
Ensure products are manufactured to specification and minimize losses.
Monitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Food Science.
3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
Proven experience in team leadership.
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
