Expected salary range of $102,600 to $114,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
Plan and prepare annual preventive maintenance plan and work packages for work to be performed by the respective maintenance departments and contractors to ensure that the plant is maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner, in compliance with the company policies, procedures, and applicable codes and standards. The position is a DOT covered position (PHMSA).
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
The Maintenance Planner reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for the development of short and long-term work plans including preventive and corrective maintenance.
Coordinates the development of preventative maintenance work orders and schedules for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, 3 year, and 5 year work orders.
Develops annual maintenance resource demand/profile.
Supports development of weekly and monthly maintenance reporting on key performance indicators
Planner will support maintenance department in managing compliance documentation.
Provides technical support within the CMMS (computerized maintenance management software) and participate in strategy developments and reviews of the software (currently IMAINT).
Interface with Operations, Supply and Engineering to identify and resolve priorities and planning issues.
Incorporate procedures, drawings, equipment, and materials required in performing planned work packages.
Works in close coordination and consultation with Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians while planning and scheduling upcoming maintenance work.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Technical Degree or similar is a plus.
Maintain or ability to maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card in good standing status.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, establish work priorities and achieve results.
Analytical and problem resolution skills
Self-motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal.
Demonstrated people skills.
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and AS9, as well as various other MS office products.
Ability to learn/use MS Project to assist in schedule development.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5 plus years of maintenance related experience in the Oil and Gas, or petrochemical facilities
PMP Certification a plus
