Fortive Corporation Production Assembler in Everett, Washington
Join our Pressure Calibration team at Fluke as a Production Assembler where your expertise will support us in producing leading-edge calibration equipment. You'll engage in assembling mechanical units, electronic systems, subassemblies, as well as complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Responsibilities
Construct, rework and test our products at various stages of assembly from initial subassembly to final unit.
Adhere to drawings, method sheet diagrams, and specifications in line with established assembly procedures, processes and standardized work.

Qualifications
Ability to accurately follow work instructions as well as interpret technical drawings and manuals.
A commitment to high-quality control with an eye for examining products for flaws and variations according to set standards.
Ability to keep clear data records of build specifications, test results and daily performance.
Proactiveness in monitoring project work to meet set deadlines.
Ability to maintain and communicate inventory to buyer planners.
Collaborative team player and able to foster a cooperative team environment.
Physical capability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours per day and lift materials no heavier than 40 lbs occasionally.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Comfortable with the use of hand tools.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $36,000.00 - $66,800.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
