We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Facilities Manager (Level L) to join our Boeing Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization in a virtual capacity. Leading Asset Management and Workforce Strategy, you will play a critical role in driving asset strategy to improve workforce productivity and accountability. This role is a unique opportunity to impact lasting change and help advance efficiencies in how our teams perform their daily work, which in turn better enables the company as a whole.

Up to 20% domestic travel will be required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset strategies that enhance workforce efficiency and productivity

  • Develop tools to provide technicians with detailed information about assets, including repair history, parts utilized, money spent to reduce troubleshooting time

  • Utilize asset data to drive condition-based maintenance

  • Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) tasks based on asset history

  • Analyze asset data to identify assets that frequently require reactive work, impacting workforce productivity

  • Work closely with cross functional teammates to ensure timely replacement of assets

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of asset replacement decisions, tracking improvements in workforce productivity and maintenance costs

  • Create an asset condition score based on asset data that will be used to optimize preventative maintenance (PM) frequencies

  • Review and optimize current preventative maintenance (PM) guidelines, removing unnecessary PMs and setting completion time targets to streamline maintenance processes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of asset strategies and continuous improvement of maintenance practices

  • Lead, manage, coach, develop, and mentor others

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Familiarity with asset tracking technologies such as barcode, QR code, RFID, NFC, Bluetooth, and GP

  • 3+ years of experience working in digital asset management (DAM)

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance

  • 5+ years of experience with project management, to include meeting cost, schedule and quality targets

  • Experience with analytics tools including Tableau, SQL, R, and Python

  • Experience in analytics and data visualization

  • Critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools

  • Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, Dataiku, or Power Automate for streamlining processes and workflows

  • Experience with Facilities Management Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tools to manage/track facility maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment inventory

  • Ability to work with minimum direction and ambiguity; problem-solving skills and adaptability

  • Experience leading and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business consideration.

Summary pay range: $124,950 - $194,350
