We are currently assisting a client in their search for a talented individual to fill this exciting position in Everett, WA. This role offers competitive compensation ( $22.00-$25.00/hour ) over a 4 month contract period.
Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexible start time)

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of inventory control/cycle counting experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate to advanced skills with SAP
Experience with life equipment (Reach Lift, Order Picker, electric pallet jack, and counterbalance)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow directions
Ability to compare and verify paper documents to system and physical product
Responsibilities:
Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment
Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability
Receive and unpack materials and supplies
Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes
Act as primary and often sole contact for shipping and receiving
Complete shipping and receiving reports
Maintain vendor and internal department relationships to ensure effective communication
Operate UPS shipping equipment and prepare packages for pickup
Accurately complete mailing paperwork, QC, and manage mailing jobs
Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
Deliver items to departments or delivery locations
Process required customer returns and coordinate inter-plant returns
Resolve tasks and respond to notes assigned to shipping in a timely manner
Work with various computer programs, including SAP, WM, Lotus Notes, Excel, RF Radios, Scanners, DSI, and Keywill
Safely operate pallet jack, forklift, Vaculux, T-wrapper, Roll Clamp Truck, RC Trucks, TSP Trucks, and banding equipment
Complete end-of-day transactions in Ship It and KeywillBasic
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
