You’d like to do this

  • Working directly with employees and Sector leadership on creating, defining, and evolving our sector brand and culture

  • Developing and executing creative and innovative ideas for fostering our culture and raising brand awareness Building relationships and engaging with employees, to include employee recognition at the individual and group levels.

  • Incorporating diverse dietary preferences and offer vegan, halal, kosher, and gluten-free menus as well as non-alcoholic events or options.

  • Coordinating and facilitating employee and community events specific to the Sector customer/employee community

  • Partnering with corporate Marketing and Communications (MARCOM) team on electronic and other forms of communication to raise Sector brand and culture awareness.

  • Partnering with corporate Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment of new talent.

  • Select venues that are accessible to everyone. Ensure that locations have ramps, lifts, accessible toilets, and seating areas. Providing accessibility by creating an inclusive space for all attendees.

  • Use of accessible materials and media, such as providing information in different languages or in alternative formats, to ensure that your event is accessible to everyone.

You’re required to have this

  • Experience developing and implementing multicultural programs that foster inclusive employee engagement.

  • Understanding and appreciation for diverse audience points of relatability or interest.

  • Understanding and applying the importance of using inclusive language and communication in marketing events and activities. Promote the use of inclusive pronouns, gender-neutral language, and be mindful of cultural sensitivities.

  • Ability to collaborate with diverse contractors, engagement vendors, and diverse activity sponsors.

  • Ability to engage speakers and performers of diverse perspectives and backgrounds to bring unique insights and experiences to a multicultural audience event.

  • Experience encouraging post-event tracking, feedback and open communication to continuously improve and adapt to the needs and preferences of diverse audiences.

  • Ability to develop a clear and cohesive multicultural event planning policy, practice, or procedure for events.

  • Experience or ability to collaborate with local ERG leads as input and resource for multicultural culture and climate strategies and tactics.

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience required.

  • S Citizenship is required.
