Job Description:

Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of a team that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. Our work depends on an EVMS Cost Schedule, & Performance Analyst joining our team to support the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) program in Falls Church, VA.

AGUN is an IT Service Management contract in support of GENM-O’s mission to enable information dominance from the tactical edge to the home station for the Army, DoD, National Command Authority, and international partners by acquiring, implementing, and sustaining strategic satellite and terrestrial communication systems, and by leveraging technologies to meet current and future requirements.

AGUN will design, procure, maintain, deploy, and transition a Global SDN solution in accordance with applicable Army policies and regulations. The AGUN-INC1 TO will provide a unified approach to ensure standardized deployments and configurations at multiple locations throughout the globe.

Lead Installer :

  • Supporting our Modular Delivery Team strategy, serves as part of an Installation and Test team.

  • Ensures all B/P/C/S safety standards are adhered to throughout the installation process.

  • Implements approved safety plan to mitigate risk to personnel, equipment, and material.

  • Performs site preparation, implementation, and installation activities required for the successful implement of a turn-key solution.

  • Coordinates any ancillary IT services requiring HAZMAT disposals.

  • Validates all components have been properly installed, secured, grounded, and tested in accordance with EIA/TIA standards.

Required:

  • AA/AS (or equivalent experience)

  • 8+ years of experience with electronics installation and modifications

  • Experience leading and performing safety checks on all work performed for the customer

  • Knowledge of OSHA and HAZMAT compliance

  • Secret clearance

Location:

  • Remote

Required Travel:

  • It is anticipated that some personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations. Long-distance travel is anticipated to be required in support of this effort at least 50%.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $33.52 - $55.98. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
