Job Title: Front Desk Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Front Desk Administrative Assistant who would warmly welcome customers and guests, ascertain their purchasing needs, and assist them in a branded, efficient manner. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of our business operations and will be responsible for collecting payments, verifying credit acceptance, and balancing cash drawers. Monitoring the lobby and work area to determine customer flow, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and facilitating customer correspondence are also key responsibilities. This role serves as the site liaison for the services and sales center and requires collaborative work with other staff, managers, and resources.

Hard Skills

  • 3 to 5 years office experience

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Cash handling and credit verification

  • Lobby and work area monitoring

  • Customer correspondence facilitation
