Veritiv Operating Company Digital Enablement Manager> in Fairfield, Ohio

Job Purpose: Our Digital Enablement Manager will be responsible for growing sales and margin by partnering with Sales to deliver digital automation solutions. This position assumes the role of a technical/sales consultant during the selling process and converts technology solutions into business terminology and identifies and analyzes customer needs for automation. They will also facilitate positive and productive long-term relationships and build customer loyalty. Job Responsibilities: ? Partner with the Sales organization to identify the key customer opportunities. ? Analyze customer processes and understand their digital expectations. ? Proactively target large volume customers for increased digital enablement and grow rate of overall digital transactions. ? Proactively add value with post-project analysis and drive positive project outcomes, team results and effective change management. ? Participate and provide information for RFP/RFI/RFQ opportunities; present sales proposals to current and prospective customers where automated solutions are included. ? Maintain open communications with the area sales to include reporting projects completed, in process and under consideration through the use of Salesforce. ? Work with internal departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions. ? Identify trends in transaction failures and make recommendations on how to implement a permanent solution to failures. ? Escalation point for triage, troubleshoot and resolve solution related production support tickets. Review communication regarding errors, along with suggested resolution and follow-up closure; ensure issues addressed in a timely manner. ? Manage research and resolution of Coupa, Ariba and other document transmission errors or failures. ? Manage and support customer change requests to existing solutions. ? Oversee new projects, transactions, and onboarding of new business partners. ? Manage and support the design, development, testing, and implementation of all digital enablement requests including EDI, cXML, Punchout, Ariba, Coupa, Portals and other third-party providers. ? Create and maintain process standards, documentation, and procedures on customer integration solutions. ? Serve as subject matter expert for implementation and integration of transactional data, transaction maps, business edits and new trading partner onboarding. ? Manage and maintain relations with solution service providers; facilitate reviews with service providers to ensure business needs are being met and new initiatives are supported. Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications: ? 3+ years of experience managing an electronic transaction environment. ? Project management experience including the Agile methodology. ? Ability to understand the structure of our company and identify the resources necessary to enable digital solutions to the customer. ? Experience documenting processes and creating and maintaining operating procedures. ? An in-depth knowledge of digital transaction standards and the ability to translate business and technical specifications. Salary Range - $103,200 - $151,800 Work Experience: ? 5-10 years of related job experience. ? Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment. ? Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required. ?
