This position would directly report to the Marketing Manager of Golf & Lifestyle. KJUS Partnership Specialist Job Objective: As a Partnership Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving grassroots efforts and fostering strong partnerships with end-consumers and retail partners. Your main responsibilities will include executing product seeding strategies and ensuring seamless communication with various internal stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities Take a leading role in executing the company's seeding strategy initiatives, aimed at gifting products to end-consumers and retail partners to enhance brand connection and foster relationships by executing the following Seeding Process Management

Oversee the entire product seeding process, including but not limited to ordering, packaging, shipping, and tracking of products. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the seeding process, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Stakeholder Communication

Maintain open lines of communication with the President and National Sales Manager as necessary, providing updates and seeking guidance on seeding initiatives and related matters. Coordinate with customer service to ensure operational support and facilitate timely delivery of products for seeding activities.

Inventory Management

Take ownership of inventory management for seeding purposes, regularly monitoring stock levels and replenishing seeding supplies such as shipping boxes, wrapping materials, etc.

Returns and Exchanges

Manage the process for returns to the warehouse and exchanges of sizes, styles, and colors as required, ensuring prompt resolution and relationship satisfaction. Work closely with the operations team to streamline return procedures and minimize disruptions to the seeding process.

Process Optimization

Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving efficiencies based on experience and innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience with marketing or other organizational tasks Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook); Knowledge of Netsuite and RepSpark a plus Service-oriented, reliable, detailed, organized and flexible Occasionally long periods of sitting, standing, and/or walking If remote, note that a dedicated space in your remote location is required and not provided by the company however, an in-office space is available
