- Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum development. - Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism. - Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies. - Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide additional support and instruction. - Collaborate with the teacher to create and maintain a positive learning environment. - Assist in monitoring student progress and documenting observations. - Support students during transitions and daily routines. - Communicate effectively with students, and other staff members.
