Description
A reputable organization in Fairview, NJ is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team!
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for:
Processing full cycle Accounts Receivable
Posting payments
Aging reports
Reconciliations
Time and material billing
Contract invoices
May be back up to Accounts Payable as necessary
Inputting hours for Payroll into the system
Experience in Construction is a MUST!
AIA experience a huge plus!
Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with billing procedures
• Knowledge in Cash Applications
• Experience in Cash Collections
• Familiarity with Commercial Collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in AIA Billing
• Background in the Construction industry
• Ability to understand and apply financial concepts
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and dependability
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
