We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Account Manager . The selected employee will be responsible for supporting Account Managers on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal of commercial insurance accounts in accordance with HUB’s best practices, policies and standard procedures of the Company.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include all or some of the following:
Maintain bond department database.
Assist with processing bond renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements as applicable.
Assist with invoicing for new/renewal bonds.
Handle correspondence and clerical processing of bond accounts including applications, attachment processes, pre-renewal data collections and agency management system input.
Responsible for developing complete familiarity with all forms and paperwork including their intent and purpose.
Responsible for implementing a quality control review process to assure the production of quality work and the provision of excellent customer service.
Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.
Backup Bond Account Managers as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
Work experience within an office environment.
Ability to obtain a MA Property and Casualty license within six months hire
Experience automated systems and Microsoft Office products.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: No Travel Required
Required Education: High school or equivalent
