Family Service Association - Fall River Guardianship Financial Supervisor in Fall River, Massachusetts
We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus!
Family Service Association is looking for a caring Financial Supervisor for our Guardianship and Rep. Payee program! We are offering a full time 35 hour work week, with a partial hybrid remote day time schedule.
The Guardianship / Rep Payee Financial Supervisor essential duties and responsibilities;
Assist with the initial and on-going asset management for clients
Provide guidance and supervision to 3-5 financial staff
Responsible for oversight of financial documents for Probate Court including yearly court accountings and inventories
Provide oversight for applications for MassHealth, Medicare, secondary insurance and long term-care when applicable
Responsible for completing reports for agency including audits
Triage and balance competing priorities
Work independently as well as part of a Team
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of Associates Degree in Accounting
5+ years of accounting experience
Working knowledge of tax matters including annuities
2+ years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of MassHealth eligibility
Experience working in human services
