A Homemaker is a professional that provides household services (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) to those who are disabled or dependent upon a home health care program. Providing household services to clients according to the care plan developed by the Registered Nurse

Part-time and Per Diem opportunities available!

Responsibilities:

• Purchasing groceries and other household supplies

• Pharmacy run/medication pickup

• Provide companionship

• Preparing food

• Making and changing beds

• Cleaning household supplies

• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the carpet and/or floor

• Cleaning the bathroom and kitchen

• Washing dishes

• Laundry and Ironing

Education, Experience and Licensure Requirements:

• Must have a state valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Must be able to travel within assigned territories

• Must maintain a working smartphone with cellular data access in order to use the required scheduling system

• Current CPR Certification (if not, it can be provided)

• Previous experience in the direct care of elders or adults with disabilities preferred

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Must be able to pass a required TB test and physical exam
