Du hilfst bei der Planung, Entwicklung und Ausführung von Investitionsprojekten, der technischen Entwicklung und den Machbarkeitsperspektiven von Aktivitäten mit Technikbezug in der Lieferkette und bei der Ausführung von Investitionsprojekten, um Wachstum sowie erstklassige Fertigung und Produktivität bei höchsten Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltanforderungen zu unterstützen. Du trägst dazu bei, dass die Geschäfts- und Innovationsprozesse von Mondelēz im Projektmanagement und die Ausführungsstandards von Mondelēz eingehalten werden.

Die Rolle unterstützt die Durchführung von Investitionsprojekten, und du wirst für die Qualität der Ergebnisse und die Durchführung von Investitionsprojekten unter Anwendung der Standards von Mondelēz sowie der Geschäfts- und Innovationsprozesse im Projektmanagement verantwortlich sein. Du hilfst bei der Festlegung und Umsetzung der finanziellen und technischen Agenda während der Entwicklungsphase von Investitionsprojekten in Kooperation mit den Interessengruppen, sodass korrekte Budgets, Pläne und zweckmäßige technische Lösungen erstellt werden, und entwickelst das Investitionsbudget entsprechend dem Auftrag und dem prognostizierten Cashflow. Du wirst außerdem dazu beitragen zu gewährleisten, dass die anwendbaren technischen Entwicklungen und Standards ordnungsgemäß umgesetzt werden, und die Entwicklung und Implementierung modernster Prozesse und Ausrüstungsstrategien unterstützen, um Ressourcen zu optimieren, Wirtschaftsgüter zu harmonisieren und Best Practices umzusetzen.

• Studium oder technische Ausbildung mit praktischen Erfahrungen im Bereich Technik und/oder Prozessoptimierung

• Sehr gute SAP S/4-HANA und / oder SAP-EWM Kenntnisse

• Fließende Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache, sowie gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache

• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und effizientes Arbeiten unter Einhaltung von Fristen

• Projektmanagement
