- Analyze organizational and project needs for the Defense Health Agencys workforce development team to effectively organize, track and report on the status, effectiveness and return on investment.
- Effectively analyze the impact of requirement changes as they relate to policies and product functions and advise team on course of action.
- Develop business plans, guidebooks, standard operating procedures.
- Develop progress reports and dashboards to track and report progress.
- Lead workgroups with stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with various levels of leadership, stakeholders and teams.
- Experience with DoD Career Programs, Career Development and/or Career Maps is a plus.

- BA degree or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to write clear, concise documents
- Must have superb organizational skills
- Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship
