Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments and document resident progress, tailoring care plans accordingly. - Implement physician orders effectively, ensuring resident well-being. - Offer empathetic support to residents and their families, upholding professionalism. - Administer medications and treatments, ensuring top-quality care. - Maintain meticulous records of care services, adhering to accountability standards. - Adhere to strict infection-control protocols, protecting all within our facilities. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents needs comprehensively. - Champion our care philosophies, guaranteeing personalized and dignified attention for each resident.
