Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our dynamic team. You will be involved in rebuilding egress windows and foundations, executing demolition of existing structures, and receiving training on the installation of enclosures and drain pipes. This role requires physical strength and the ability to work in an outdoor construction environment.

Work Site

This position is local and will have you home every night. Work sites range from in town to up to an hour out of Fargo. Travel will be from the shop in company vehicle.

Work Environment

Outdoor construction setting, working typically in a crew of 3-4. Must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs. Work hours are from approximately 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with extended hours during the peak summer season. Employment is year-round, potentially part-time in winter.
