Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
In this position, you will be performing preventative maintenance and repair on industrial baking equipment. This includes addressing minor breakdowns and conducting product changeovers during downtime. You will work with machines that cut and shape bread dough, which have hydraulic features, and you will be required to examine and fix any issues that arise.
Responsibilities
Examine and repair any breakdowns on the production line.
Work extensively with motors and sensors on product line machinery.
Complete changeovers of equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines operational.
Demonstrate basic math skills, including subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
Fabricate parts as needed in the onsite shop.
Communicate with production supervisors and managers regarding the status of machines.
Essential Skills
Experience in industrial maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
Knowledge of schematics, pneumatics, and automation.
Skills in PLC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with motors, production equipment, and fabrication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1 year of experience in maintenance, shop work, or an industrial setting.
Automotive experience is also applicable.
Blueprint reading.
Electrical and pneumatic knowledge (nice to have).
Farming experience (nice to have).

The company offers 8-hour shifts and is very open to training candidates who might not have all the required experience. After six months, the company will provide a set of tools for the employee.
Work Environment
You will work in a food production facility that makes dough for pizzas, pies, buns, and more. The environment includes flour in the air during mixing, and it can get a bit dirty. Masks are provided if desired. All employees are required to wear a smock gown, hair/beard nets, hardhat, steel-toe boots, and eye and ear protection. Training will be on the day shift for a few weeks before moving to the designated shift. The schedule is updated a month in advance, and employees may need to work some weekends with advance notice.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/hr.
