PRACTICE SPECIFICS

  • Seeking one full-time Nocturnist to be a part of the hospitalist team at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND.

  • Department of 14 full-time hospitalists

  • Excellent compensation package with paid malpractice insurance

  • Strong, collegial team

  • Patient load per hospitalist averages 14-16

  • No procedures required

  • Specialty and Intensivist support

  • Twelve-hour shifts for 26 weeks per year 7:00p. m. – 7:00a.m.

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Day and swing opportunities available

REQUIREMENTS

  • BC/BE in Internal Medicine

  • BC/BE in Family Medicine with strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (opportunity for mentorship)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation

LOCATION

  • Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota

  • 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul

  • Fargo-Moorhead population: 200,000

  • Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
