Required to use repetitive assembly operations related to component parts. Follows all safety rules and instructions, maintain 5S standards of the work area, and performs other functions on and off the production line as required. Reads and interprets various blueprints, wiring diagrams, test procedures, oral instructions, and/or established procedures and bills of material. Attaches various parts to incomplete assemblies or sub-assemblies using a variety of fixtures, hand and power tools, stand-alone bench press, wire strippers, and material handling equipment. Disassembles a range of finished products, recommends the need for minor overhaul or limited parts replacement, and reassembles. Performs duties and functions in the assembly, installation, and wiring of electrical and mechanical controls Minimum Qualifications: Ability to operate hand tools Ability to read and understand written English Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience Daikin Applied Americas Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from minorities, woman, the disabled, protected veterans, and other qualified applicants.
